The hotel offered convenient valet parking. The restaurants present were good, with dining options. The room design was nice, and i found the hotel cute. The view over the creek was beautiful, especially at sunset.
The noise outside was constant. I believe the windows were too thin, since it was very loud and i could hear the traffic noise even on the 10th floor.

the staff proved helpful, consistently offering assistance. i especially appreciated the warm greetings i received during my interactions with the team. the room provided everything i needed for my short stay. the breakfast offered a very good experience with great food (i especially enjoyed the selection of pastries).
during my stay, i encountered issues with noise isolation in the room. the carpets looked somewhat old and faded. the water pressure in the shower also was depressingly low.

the room was clean and well kept. i found the breakfast very satisfying with many food options. the beds were comfy and ensured restful nights. the pool area was also clean, offering a relaxing environment.

staff members were consistently helpful and polite throughout my stay. the housekeeping team maintained a super clean environment in all areas, they are to be commended.

customer service was horrible. i waited over two hours for a room, but staff gave rooms to guests who arrived after me. the manager, ahmed, was rude and said other guests 'paid more. ' it was unacceptable.

The food was good. The staff was warm and always available. Their padel court is very well maintained. It was a pleasure to use it.
The shower water got very hot. It did this even when I adjusted the tap to cold water. It kept pouring hot water anyway. I did not like it.
